How much does it cost to rent totes?
Packages start at $59 for a Starter package (10 totes, 1 dolly, 7 days) and go up based on how many totes and how many days you need. How does delivery and pickup work?
It's simple: we drop your totes and dolly off at your door, you pack at your own pace, and once you're moved in, we come pick the empty totes back up. No trips to a store, no folding cardboard boxes.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Southeastern Indiana. If you're not sure whether your address is in our delivery area, send us a message and we'll confirm before you book.
What size are the totes?
Our rental totes are 27-gallon reusable plastic bins — sturdy enough to stack, easy to carry, and roomy enough for clothes, kitchen items, books, and most household goods. Each package also includes a dolly to make moving full totes easier.
How long can I keep the totes?
Rental length depends on your package, from 7 to 21 days. If your move takes longer than expected, you can extend your rental for a small weekly fee rather than paying for a bigger package upfront — see the Extensions section on the Pricing page for rates.
What if I need totes for longer than my package allows?
No problem — just let us know before your rental period ends and we'll extend it for you at the weekly extension rate for your package. Booking extra days upfront is generally cheaper than paying for extensions week to week, so if you already know your move will take a while, mention it when you book.
What happens if a tote is damaged or not returned?
Normal wear from packing and moving is expected and not a problem. For totes or dollies that are lost or damaged beyond normal use, a replacement fee applies — we'll always contact you first to sort out the details rather than surprise you with a charge.
Do I need to clean the totes before pickup?
Just empty them out — a quick wipe-down is appreciated but not required. We handle the full cleaning between rentals.
How do I pay?
We accept secure online payment by credit or debit card through Stripe at checkout. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially during busy moving months (weekends and month-ends fill up fastest). Once you book, we'll confirm your delivery date with you directly.
Do you offer a custom quote for bigger moves?
Yes — if your move is larger than our biggest standard package, or you have a specific situation (a business move, multiple stops, etc.), reach out and we'll put together pricing that fits.
